I have traveled several times to Italy (Rome, Florence, Naples, Sicily…) and loved it every time, but Sardinia was never on my bucket list. Until I went there in the spring of 2022… The week I spent in the north of the island was extraordinary from start to finish: the colorful houses of the village of Bosa, the wild nature of Capo Caccia, the transparent water of the beach of La Pelosa, the cobbled lanes of Castelsardo… And icing on the cake, an absolutely perfect last day in the fabulous archipelago of La Maddalena! I now dream of returning to Sardinia, this time to visit the southern half of the island…
